Adopt a KHS Pet
To adopt an animal you must be 18 years of age or older (or accompanied by an adult), have a current photo ID, and be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide training, medical treatment and proper care for your pet.
A completed adoption application is required for all potential adopters. The application is available online and will allow you to print out and fill in the adoption form and bring to the shelter.
